Local to Minnesota.

Committed to ethos of equity (opportunity for all), inclusion (safe space for all), and kindness (open heart, open mind, service to others).

Committed to fair, equitable, and safe hiring and employment practices.

Participates in 3 networking and/or [fun]draiser events per quarter.

Participates in 2 volunteer days per year.

In lieu of volunteer day participation, Pillars may contribute $250 to fund the work of [Local]Connection MSP.
